Do you want to be a homeowner but the cost seems too high? NICHE Inc. wants to help hardworking and community minded citizens, with low-to-moderate income, including those with intellectual or mobility impairments, to own their homes in cohousing neighborhoods.

… Accessible and Adaptable 
Do you, or does someone you love, have limited mobility or limited access to all the living space in your home? NICHE Housing units will be accessible and adaptable for residents and their visitors. Our home designs will be based on Universal Design principles; to be fully accessible, adaptable and aesthetically appealing. This will encourage aging in place and independent living for most everyone.

NICHE Inc. is committed to providing living spaces that promote good health and are environmentally friendly. “Green development” is a holistic approach that uses non-toxic and sustainable material and finishes. We will strive to make our developments as “green” as financially feasible, providing integrated solutions to housing, health, and environmental challenges.

Our developments will have dedicated green space, secured and well lit walking paths, a social hall, and accessibility to transportation. Residents will enjoy the smaller community opportunities of cohousing as well as those in the surrounding city.
